Before you answer, check five things:
1. Are these numbers plausible, or do they look like bots or duplicate tracking?
2. What changed compared to the previous period?
3. Which segment drives the change - channel, device, product, landing page?
4. Is this a data problem or a real change in performance?
5. What should the business do about it?
If you cannot answer one of them, say so. Do not guess.
